RP Pant is a seasoned veteran in Nepal's tourism industry with over two decades of experience. He has held prominent leadership roles, including President of the Nepal Entrepreneur Association of Tourism (NEAT), Chairman of the Himalayan Rescue Association (HRA), and Trekking Agents Association of Nepal (TAAN). Currently, he is the chairman of Cross Country Tours & Travels (P) Ltd. His contributions span organizing cultural adventures, wilderness trekking, wildlife safaris, and spiritual pilgrimages, focusing on creating unforgettable travel experiences.

Beyond tourism, Mr. Pant has been an advisor to various mountaineering and sports federations and a promoter of Nepal Tourism Development Bank. He is also the executive director at Kasara Jungle Resort in Chitwan. Additionally, he has contributed to Nepal's entertainment industry, notably starring in the popular TV series Hijo Aaja Ka Kura.

A recipient of numerous national and international awards, including the Tri-Shakti Patta and SAT International Award in Italy, Mr. Pant has traveled extensively within Nepal and to over 30 countries worldwide. Now, he dedicates himself to supporting Nepal's tourism sector, aiding the underprivileged, and mentoring emerging entrepreneurs in the industry.
